Privacy Policy
How Kryltex collects, uses, and safeguards website and client project data.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how RevenOS Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, operating the technology services brand “Kryltex” (“Kryltex,” the “Brand”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit kryltex.com (the “Website”), engage us for services, or otherwise interact with us.
Legal Entity: RevenOS Private Limited
CIN: [CIN]
Registered Office: [Registered Address]
Brand Operated: Kryltex (kryltex.com)
This Policy is drafted in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), to the extent applicable. By using the Website or engaging our services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to two categories of data collection, addressed separately below because they involve different purposes and data flows:
Website Data: Information collected through kryltex.com, such as contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, cookies, and analytics.
Client Project Data: Information and materials shared with us in the course of providing web/app development, AI automation, and technology services under a signed engagement (Statement of Work, proposal, or contract).
Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
3.3 Client Project Data (Engagement-Based)
Where you engage Kryltex for development, automation, or software services, we may be given access to systems, codebases, APIs, credentials, or data belonging to you or your organisation (“Client Data”) solely to perform the contracted work. This may, depending on the engagement, include data relating to your own end-users or customers. Kryltex acts as a service provider/processor with respect to such Client Data, and does not claim ownership over it.
How We Use Information
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Handling of Client Data During Engagements
Client Data is used solely to perform the services described in the applicable engagement/contract, and for no other purpose.
Access to Client Data (including credentials, source code, or client-owned databases) is restricted to personnel and, where applicable, sub-contracted developers directly working on the engagement.
Upon completion or termination of an engagement, Client Data and access credentials will be returned, deleted, or revoked as agreed in the governing contract, unless retention is required by law or a signed maintenance/support agreement.
Where an engagement requires processing of a client's own end-user personal data (e.g., building a feature that touches the client's customer database), the client remains the data controller/fiduciary for that data, and Kryltex acts strictly as a processor under the client's instructions.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality, remember preferences, and gather analytics (e.g., via Google Analytics or comparable tools). You may disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect certain Website features.

Upon written request, and subject to legal retention obligations, we will delete or anonymise personal data we hold about you.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including access controls, encrypted credential storage where applicable, and confidentiality obligations on personnel and sub-contractors — consistent with the SPDI Rules, to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
